  19. Huh? It is definetely less buggy than the first revision. The built-in
  20. inline GIF/JPEG decoding is a welcome addition. The only "broken" thing
  21. is the discrepancy between the README file and the executable involving
  22. forms: The README says forms are enabled except for TEXTAREAs whereas
  23. the executable has no forms support.
